Privacy Policy

This page explains what data anastasia-kuzina.com collects when you visit, why, and how you can control it.
Who's responsible for your data
The owner of anastasia-kuzina.com, and the person who decides why data is processed, is Anastasia Kuzina. For questions about this policy or your data, reach out via WhatsApp or Telegram (contacts under "Contact" below).
What data is collected
The site draws on four sources of data:
- Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) — Set only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Used to measure traffic and its sources. Stored in your browser for up to 2 years; you can delete them anytime in your browser settings.
- consent_v1 — browser local storage — Remembers once you've accepted the cookie banner so you're not asked again on every visit. Kept until you clear this site's data.
- first_touch_attribution — browser local storage — If you arrive via a marketing or partner link (utm_*), records the source and date of your first visit. Written once, doesn't depend on analytics consent, and isn't linked to your name or contact details.
- Sentry — error monitoring — Always active, regardless of the cookie banner, and doesn't use cookies. When something breaks on the site, technical information is sent automatically: the page you were on, your browser and device type, your IP address, and a description of the error. This helps us find and fix issues quickly.
Why we need it
- Understanding which content and channels bring visitors.
- Replying faster and more accurately to people who reach out after a marketing campaign.
- Finding and fixing technical issues on the site.
Legal basis
Google Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you give or withdraw in the banner on your first visit. Error monitoring (Sentry) and recording your first-touch source (first_touch_attribution) don't require consent: they rely on the site owner's legitimate interest in keeping the site reliable and secure.
Who data is shared with
Data is processed by two outside services, each under its own privacy policy:
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — Google Analytics — Google Privacy Policy
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — error monitoring — Sentry Privacy Policy
Both services may process data outside your country; where that happens, they apply their own safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses and comparable measures).
How long data is kept
Google Analytics cookies last up to 2 years and refresh on each return visit. Entries in browser local storage (consent_v1, first_touch_attribution) are kept indefinitely until you clear them yourself. Technical error data is kept in Sentry only for as long as needed to investigate the issue.
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can:
- Ask what data is held about you and get a copy of it.
- Withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time.
- Request deletion of data stored in your browser.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To do any of this, contact us — details under "Contact" below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data about minors.

We may update this page — for example, when adding a new analytics service. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
